November 21, 2024 – VANCOUVER, BC – Green Battery Minerals Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX-V: GEM, FSE: BK2P, WKN: A2QENP OTC: GBMIF) is providing an update to shareholders on the potential impact of the strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers on the Company’s ability to comply with its obligations to deliver to shareholders, among others, its financial statements and related disclosure and meeting materials in respect of the Company’s special and annual general meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on December 20, 2024 (the ‘Meeting’). As a result of the strike, and pursuant to BC Instrument 51-514 Exemption from the requirement to send financial statements and related disclosure to securityholders during a disruption in postal service, the Company is advising shareholders that:
- electronic copies of the Compnay’s annual and interim financial statements and related management’s discussion and analysis (the ‘Financial Disclosure’) have been filed and are available on the Compnay’s SEDAR+ profile at https://www.sedarplus.ca/landingpage/;
- in addition, electronic copies of the Company’s management information circular and related materials prepared in connection with the Meeting (the ‘Meeting Materials’) have also been filed and are available on the Company’s SEDAR+ profile at https://www.sedarplus.ca/landingpage/;
- the Company will provide copies of the applicable Financial Disclosure and Meeting Materials by email to each entitled shareholder who requests same while the strike is ongoing, at no charge;
