With the filing of these statements, all material information on the Company has been publically disclosed.
Management has observed that shares of the Company have traded sporadic high volumes over the past three months. During this time, management has been reviewing options for the future development of the Company but the financial distress of the Company has made closing of an agreement or raising of financing difficult, and to date there are no material developments to report. Management will continue to seek a solution to the Company’s financial situation and its future development.
